These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ThiranERP website, software products, documentation, implementation services, technical support, and related services provided by ThiranERP ("ThiranERP", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, purchasing or using ThiranERP software, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website, software, or services.

1. About ThiranERP

ThiranERP provides business management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software designed to help businesses manage their day-to-day operations through an integrated platform.

ThiranERP offers software modules and packages that may include Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Production, Quality, Finance, Service, HR, Gate Management, and other business functions, depending on the package purchased.

The features and modules available to a customer are determined by the applicable product package, quotation, invoice, order, or other written agreement.

2. One-Time Purchase

ThiranERP products may be offered under a one-time purchase model.

For example, ThiranERP may offer:

  • Procurement & Inventory System — ₹4,999
  • ThiranERP 10-Module Business Suite — ₹24,999

The prices, modules, features, and applicable taxes may be changed from time to time.

A one-time purchase provides the customer with the software license rights specified for the purchased product or package.

A one-time purchase does not automatically include unlimited customization, additional development, unlimited implementation services, third-party integrations, infrastructure, hosting, or other services unless specifically stated in writing.

Where a customer-specific quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement contains different commercial terms, those terms will apply to that transaction.

3. Software License

Subject to payment of the applicable purchase price and compliance with these Terms, ThiranERP grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software for its internal business operations.

The software license does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, architecture, database structure, documentation, trademarks, or other intellectual property to the customer unless expressly agreed in writing.

The customer may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, or commercially resell the ThiranERP software unless expressly authorized by ThiranERP in writing.

4. Self-Hosted Deployment

ThiranERP is designed to support self-hosted deployment, allowing customers to operate the software on infrastructure controlled by the customer or its designated hosting provider.

For a self-hosted installation, the customer is generally responsible for:

  • Server or hosting infrastructure
  • Operating system
  • Network configuration
  • Firewall and security configuration
  • Database and infrastructure security

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ThiranERP is not responsible for failures resulting from the customer's infrastructure, hosting provider, operating system, network, third-party services, unauthorized modifications, or inadequate backup procedures.

5. Customer Data

The customer retains ownership of the business data entered into and stored within its ThiranERP installation.

ThiranERP does not claim ownership of the customer's business, operational, financial, employee, inventory, customer, supplier, or other business data.

For self-hosted deployments, customer data generally remains within the customer's infrastructure or hosting environment.

The customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate security controls, user permissions, and backups for its data.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for customization does not transfer ownership of ThiranERP's underlying software, source code, framework, or proprietary technology to the customer.

8. Updates and Enhancements

ThiranERP may release software updates, bug fixes, security improvements, feature enhancements, and new versions from time to time.

The availability and scope of updates may depend on the applicable product and commercial arrangement.

Updates may require changes to customer-specific customizations or third-party integrations. Such changes may be treated as additional customization work where applicable.

9. Technical Support

Support may include assistance relating to:

  • Standard product functionality
  • Product usage
  • Configuration guidance

Prices displayed on the ThiranERP website or communicated by ThiranERP may change from time to time.

Applicable taxes, infrastructure costs, third-party service charges, implementation charges, customization charges, travel expenses, or other additional services may be charged separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

The commercial terms contained in a customer-specific quotation, invoice, proposal, or agreement will prevail over general website pricing information for that transaction.

16. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund eligibility and cancellation terms will depend on the applicable product, quotation, invoice, order, or agreement.

Where a customer-specific written agreement contains specific refund or cancellation provisions, those provisions will apply to the relevant transaction.

17. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThiranERP software and website services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to any express warranty specifically provided in a written agreement.

ThiranERP does not warrant that:

  • The software will operate without interruption.
  • The software will be completely free from defects.
  • Every feature will meet every customer's specific business requirement.
  • The software will be compatible with every third-party system or infrastructure environment.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

ThiranERP may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
